What a desappointment !!!! Came for an oil change and a change of belt (transitioner and two pulleys) the cost given after the diagnosis increased by $200 just before doing the job because of the supposedly underestimation of the time to do the job. Moreover, making fun of customers in front of them is really a lack of professionalism!
We appreciate all the feed back whether it is good or bad. We never want anyone to leave having a bad experience. Our goal is to give you personal 5 star experience. I will review and try to fix any of the bad experiences that a customer may have had. We are dedicated to providing good service. I will say with check engine lights can be a large number of different problems and at times will give you a general description of a problem. We do our best to fix any and all problems.
Updated review (January 2022): My car's front tire ended up flat, and I called, and they told me to drive right over. A few hours later, they had fixed it, and it was the tire pressure sensor that was leaking (it had been alerting the panel for a while but I had ignored it), the tire was fine, they had fixed it for a very affordable price.
