Have been renting here for a little over a year and honestly I am so thankful we made the switch from Public Storage to Princeton Storage. They genuinely care about you, your belongings, and your experience. Go see Josh, and tell him Rebekah sent you. He’ll take great care of you. He’s the best!

I moved my things to Princeton Storage because it's a minute from my home. However, I think this is more of a commercial rental place than it is for a residential customer. My unit is one of the outdoor units so it may be a little different for the inside ones. Every time I opened my unit, I had to take a broom to clean it all out before I entered. They will make promises they can’t keep. I was suppose to get in a move in special of 2 months half off, THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. I explained it would only be temporary for us to be there and they said that is fine we would still get the move in special. June comes, I was charged full price. I called, my husband called, no returned calls. It goes straight to a call center, you can’t get the actual location which is the only person that can fix billing issues.
