I had a horrific experience here. A long time customer here. I had pain and tried to make an appointment. I was in pain and when it came to making an appointment, the rep said we can only get you in four months from now and we don't care if you are in pain. She also said there is nothing we can do to get you in earlier. Really? I would not recommend this place. It is only greed here and nothing else !

Very unprofessional office! I had an appointment for last month that was canceled due to some issues at the doctor's office and the cancellation was done through a text, not phone call. Usually in situations like this someone from the doctor's office calls to reschedule, but no one from this doctor's office called. I reached out multiple times, first to the staff, then the doctor himself via email, every time I was advised that someone would call back to reschedule me for an earlier date than the normal three-month waiting p... read more

I waited long time to get someone on the phone for an appointment as new patient and when finally I got it the woman on the line was rude when I asked her for the locations of their offices and hung up the phone on me.
