The ladies in the billing office are amazing people! Unfortunately, I have had to call the rescue squad several times over the last 3 years for my father. Everyone I have dealt with has been wonderful & caring. We are so fortune to have them in our area.

Think this was the 2nd time I've visit here. Remember I came here somewhere in March or April because they were giving out the Vaccinations and I had a appointment for the booster in November.
Shame on you for not advocating for patients you are called out to help. You were called out to help my 91 year old mother with covid. And would not take her to the hospital. Told my family that she was fine and do not call again until she couldn't breath and her fingernails were blue. I'm a nurse in NC, I came here the next day and took my mom to the hospital I work for. However it was not enough and she passed away a day and a half later. So again I say Shame on you!!!! I hope this helps someone else !!! Don't ever let EMS... read more
