Dear 1021 I hope you're well. I reported the issue with the leaking and broken sink in my unit about a month ago, but unfortunately, no action has been taken yet. I kindly request that this be addressed as soon as possible, as it is now impacting daily use and hygiene. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter. I find this place extremely overpriced and like everywhere else in the lower mainland rent continues to rise. Toilet has not worked reliably since move in and people have come multiple times to “fix it” but do not actually solve the problem. Electrical fuses blow all the time and they are ancient so you have to get maintenance in every time to reset them which can take days. Rats/mice living in the walls and running through the apartment. Would not recommend this place
Been here for almost 10 years quiet building when things break unfortunately it takes weeks to hear back and get it fix it's more like do it yourself type of building. Extremely bad electrical outlets are old and keep burning out so you end up spending money on replacement yourself. There is also a rodent problem which again you fix yourself. The reason I have 4 stars is because the area is great close to buses & park & this building allows dogs & pets many newer buildings don't so its a great location and its spacious suite... read more
I have been living here for the past three months. It is a very nice place to live. The location is great, with easy access to transportation and all the amenities. The leasing staff are friendly and attentive. Service requests are resolved promptly. Mrs. Saritha helped us a lot to find the right match and guided us throughout the entire process.
