I have been living at Princeton Place Apartments for a long time and have seen many tenants move out because of poor customer service from the management team. Whenever office staff try to assist tenants, it often appears that all authority is delegated to the Operations Manager, Robin, who treats other staff like subordinates and makes all final decisions. The worst experience with this company, the attitude towards people is bad, I was robbed three times, no response even to the request to check the camera, they said it was impossible without the police, when the police arrived they did not give them permission to look at the cameras, the manager just laughed. Avoid this company.
Me and my girlfriend came for a showing here with Kyai and she was wonderful! She was very kind and honest, listened to all our concerns and was open about the condition of the unit and proactive in letting us know about repairs and in answering any other questions we had. She was patient and a great listener and honestly sold us on the place! We sent in our application thanks to her and all her help :)
This is My second Time Applying to live in Capreit rentals. Kyia was Amazing! So kind and informative. She really made the process even easier than the first time. I will forever be coming back to Kyia for rentals. Thank you capreit for having affordable living .
