Me and my girlfriend came for a showing here with Kyai and she was wonderful! She was very kind and honest, listened to all our concerns and was open about the condition of the unit and proactive in letting us know about repairs and in answering any other questions we had. She was patient and a great listener and honestly sold us on the place! We sent in our application thanks to her and all her help :)

I had a wonderful experience with Kyia; she went above and beyond to help me get into my new unit on an urgent basis. She was not only incredibly professional but also very kind and empathetic. I'm incredibly grateful, with Kyia's help I was able to secure housing and escape an abusive situation where my health and safety were at risk. I'm so excited to get settled into my new home and relieved to know that the Howay street team is so accommodating and efficient should I run into any issues down the line.
My experience dealing with capreit property management has been absolutely fantastic.They have a wonderful staff, as I have dealt with some of the management team and they have all been wonderful.
