Dr. Bagchi did not take issue, nor responsibility, when her office mistakenly shared my personal medical information with an emergency-only contact. Rather than apologize for this terrible breach in privacy, Dr. Bagchi called only to “help manage” my expectations. She shared it was their practice’s policy to have an assistant relay test results - even if the results are problematic and warrant further guidance from a doctor, like mine were. Let us start with the fact that my insurance is terrible, and routine office visits are not covered. The billing practices here are atrocious, maybe even illegal. This office blames Penn Medicine, who then blames Princeton Health, who then blames… well you get it. My calls have been met with condescension and lies. Good Dr's but their site says open at 8 am but, I have called at 8:25 am and 8:58 am and both times tells me they are closed. Why??? I love my new Dr but, this is ridiculous. Also, the site says close at 5 but, recording says 4:30 pm and it's now 4:07 pm and recording says they r open till 4:30 pm yet they r closed. 🤦♀️🤔
I called this provider to inquire if any doctors were taking any new patients . The nurse who answered the phone (Jeanette) was rude and very dismissive! I even asked if she knew any other penn medicines taking any new patients and she just “no” very rude. Definitely don’t wanna go to this provider . Made me uncomfortable asking for help through the phone .
Called the office to make an appointment. Denise was very nice and helpful. It was pleasant experience not like other doctors offices. Thank you Denise.
