The office is sort of hard to find, despite instructions. Allow a little extra time. Otherwise they are super nice and even though there were a ton of patients coming in and out I barely sat for five minutes in the waiting room. Doctor Levine spent over 15 minutes talking to me about the procedure and answering every question I had. The nurse was nice too. The front staff spent over half an hour answering all my money questions and worked really hard with my insurance to get coverage for me, those ladies are incredible. Both... read more
I hate the dentist and anyone being in my mouth but all things considered Dr Levine made the procedure as good as it could possibly be. Just a note their office is on the second floor so use the ramp entrance if you don't like using stairs.
Dr Levine was very smart and kind and the staff was very nice I just wish everything was cheaper but everyone else I know says that the prices are reasonable for the good care you get. I would return to Dr. Levine if I need anything else
I was so scared before I went to Dr. Levine's office for an extraction since I have never had an extraction before. But Dr. Levine and his staff will put you right at ease and make you feel very comfortable and confident in the chair. I had no pain after the extraction and healed very well. The staff in the front was very helpful as well. Even though they don't participate in my insurance they submitted the claim for me and I got all the money I paid back in less than three weeks.
