We've been here for almost a year and absolutely love our apartment. It is so spacious and I love the big island in the kitchen. Maintenance guys do a great job and are very nice. The girls in the office are always helpful and friendly. Best apartments in North Andover by far.
Really unfortunate turn of events with this place. Arrived in July ‘21 and had a lot of positive experiences initially but it went sideways pretty quick. 1) new management company arrived and drove out the 5-star onsite management (new folks are nice but have no power). 2) rampant pot smoking in buildings (which are strictly non smoking) and nothing is done about it; 3) trash is constantly overflowing - been going on for a year with no solution; 4) college kids blast music in parking lot at midnight- no consequences; and 5) ... read more
Have lived here since they started rented. Staff is great, building is super clean, safe and near everything! So quiet and the landscaping is beautiful. Great neighbors, could not be happier.
Moved into Princeton in May of 2020 just as the Pandemic began, the management team was top notch at the time and everything went smoothly. We were among the first occupants of at the time, a brand new building. We moved into the top floor of building 4 specifically for the view. The view is amazing and you can literally see for miles and miles, the sunsets are spectacular. The maintenance operation in this place is completely disorganized, lacking knowledge and leadership. Fixing the building 2 main entrance intercom and remote access took over two months. Pleasant but ineffective! A follow-up to an AC company repair order in our apartment, a Princeton maintenance person showed-up today instead of retaining the AC company that had initially identified and isolated the problem.
