Referred to this practice by my GYN. Automated call center puts you on hold for an extended period every time you call. Option to leave name & number for call back, during hold on each call, which I did. No call back ever, after several attempts. Today, I called again, but entered selection that was for existing clients. Staff answered promptly, I advised of problem with extended hold periods & no call back each time after several attempt. Love the nurses and Doctors but I can literally never get a hold of ANYONE on the phone to make an appointment. Always goes straight to voicemail and never receive a call back. Only ever got someone on the phone after I’d message my doctor and ask her to ask someone to call me back. Then I’d get attitude from the person calling me back. I’d love to get an appointment with one of the doctors but can’t do so since no one calls back!
The clinic has the most unprofessional staff I’ve ever met. I was on hold for 10 minutes,after that the receptionist /scheduler started asking about my symptoms, which I wasn’t going to discuss with anyone but doctor. An absolute HIPAA violation. I’ve been referred by my obgyn so why would I discuss anything with the staff in the clinic. After I asked to speak to the supervisor,I’ve been left on hold for 10 more minutes. Of course I disconnected. Congratulations!You’ve lost the patient today. Well done.
