I booked a new patient appointment in May. The appointment date was September 2 (I booked the appointment 4 months ahead of time). On August 23, (less than 10 days before my appointment date), I received a message that my appointment had been cancelled. The doctor I had an appointment with was no longer available to take on new patients. After 4 months knowing that I was going to be a new patient, she suddenly couldn't take on anymore people. I’ve been a patient here for 5+ years but not consecutively. The worst part about this practice is the fact that you can NEVER get through to them on the phone, no matter what time you call. It’s actually the most annoying thing and it’s unprofessional that you have to leave a voicemail in order for someone to call you back on an hourly basis. Not to mention whenever you do go into the office (and can see what it’s like waiting to be called for your appointment) the front desk manager isn’t busy so I’m not sure why no one ca... read more
I love this practice and the doctors/staff. I’ve had two babies while a patient here and both experiences were wonderful!
