If I could give zero stars I would. I came here about a year ago. The first red flag was the kept messing up my birthday. Even when the took my blood, I saw on all of their paperwork it was off by a whole year. They told me my birthday didn’t matter. I also told them the proper place to send my blood work to, I guess they sent it to the wrong place. Because just a few weeks ago, a collections agency called me saying that I owed over a 100 dollars because my blood was sent out of network and that I have been mailed a bill. I ... read more
