Dr. Lumezanu is one of the best clinicians I’ve ever seen. She asks good questions and pays attention to your answers. She is very thorough. Dorothy the nurse is amazing as well.
I just saw Dr Lumezanu for the first time today. Hands down the best BEST doctor, and her nurse Dorthy was also absolutely amazing. PMG did not disappoint. i have seen multiple rheumatologist so i walked in and didn't expect much and was extremely nervous, but honestly i can't name a better doctor. she was very sweet, very knowledgeable, VERY thorough, she explained everything to me and my mom perfectly, she listened to my concerns and answered my questions, she's actually trying to help me and i feel a relief. Highly disappointed with PMG Rheumatology department. Had an appointment with Dr Elena. It was at 11 am, I thought it was at 11.10 by mistake. I arrived at 11.08. I realized my mistake and apologized. It takes me a while to walk anywhere or go from my car to the desk even. However I was told “ we don’t know how you ended up on our list” by her nurse and told to reschedule. It takes me 1/2 hr to get to this location. A very caring, compassionate, and professional clinician. She took her time responding to my concerns and did and excellent job explaining the my treatment plan. Thank you for great service Dr. Lumenzanu!
She takes the time to be thorough in her diagnostic process and pays attention to detail. I felt very comfortable discussing my issues with her and the front desk folks in the Plainsboro office were really helpful when I had to reschedule.
