I was going on a trip and had to cancel my appointment. Well much to my surprise I couldn't get another one for several months. All my labs had to be gone over. Was not allowed to speak to the dr. Impossible. Totally indifferent staff and not caring. Including the answering service that was downright unfriendly. The dr. was off limits.
I agreed with many people's feelings and gave a one-star rating. I also have quite a few bad experiences too and switched to a different doctor's office. Princeton Medical Group thinks they are big and monopoly the regional medical care but they are dead wrong. They refuse to admit that they made mistakes and are very rude. There are many good doctors out there providing much better care with a better attitude. Just go somewhere else and you will be much happier.
