After reading negative reviews about this practice I was concerned. Contrarily I had a great experience. I was greeted and check in was easy. Dr. Patel (rheumatologist) was right on time. He was thorough with his exam, to the point where he showed me diagnosis on his computer. His bedside manner was professional and kind. Highly recommend.

Lost my husband 5 mths ago so not on his insurance plan anymore. Got new insurance for myself, was told by insurance company I would be covered at the Monroe township location. One person make appointment, another said not in network. The nurse there for the endocrinologist cancelled out my appointments that were made. Staff was very unprofessional. Will not be returning there anymore. I wish them the best. If you’re thinking of going there, DONT.
I have been seen by multiple providers here from general practice to rheumatology. Absolutely horrible experience. AVOID THIS PRACTICE IF YOU want quality care. I have been discharged from practitioners care TWICE because my medical issues are too complex? That is supposed to be the purpose of going to a group practice, so your providers communicate with each other but they don't. I was discharged most recently with no referral, recommendation, or without anything in writing. This is absolutely a violation of every insurance... read more
The absolute WORST practice i’ve ever been to. Nothing is worse than their uneducated, inexperienced, RUDE front office especially the “office supervisor” (if that even is a title) Get better employees! Wish I could post it as negative 5 stars.
