Short and simple They have mice, ALOT OF MICE AND ROACHES. They refuse to exterminate them effectively (especially the mice) and this place is fully infested and has been for the last 2yrs I have been here. There is a $250 charge or face eviction if you don't prep your house before pest control shows up. And don't expect an early notice..they will send it the day before and demand you pay the charge.
