Worst IOP I’ve ever been at and I’ve been struggling with mental health since 2010-ish. Doctors and everyone is great — but therapy is trash. Don’t waste your time.
got super good care and incredible tools to cope with situations, the medication management was top notch and so was the talk therapy and the group environment 10/10
A joke. I came here after I left the psych unit. It was also court ordered for me to be here. I lost my daughter and thags hard to process enough. Then sitting in a place for 6 hours in "groups" that teach skills. I dont feel like there was much help here. It was more of do the group get the skills go home. I had no faith in the healthcare system because of my daughter passing and this place made it worse. I showed u ok 40 minutes late twice due to a doctor appt. I’ve been here for over a month and am already feeling so much better and more stable. I am learning ALOT about skills and emotional regulation. The care I’ve been receiving has been top notch and I actually left a different php program to come here. I was able to get full days extended as well which really helped provide structure. Dr. Batra has been on point and very helpful with managing medications and the therapists and clinical interns there are all well trained and attentive. this place is a joke. i went through the whole program, graduated this past november, and really appreciated the time i spent there. however, this time around has been completely different. i just got out of the psych ward for a week, which was traumatic and neglectful enough, then i came here and expected kindness and compassion but that’s the exact opposite of what i got. i got out of the psych ward on monday, had my intake the next day on tuesday, then started PHP the next day on wednesday. absolutely no time to process t... read more
