Would have given this placed a higher score, but after being put impatient elsewhere, they automatically dropped me and when I got out, they discharge me and put me on a waitlist after telling the social workers when I was impatient. I’d be able to see them after being discharged, they continued to speak with my family about my personal medical information violating HIPAA laws. It was suggested by a healthcare provider that I participate in this outpatient program, and it was their first recommendation. However, after experiencing different types of mental health facilities, I have to say this is the first time I have truly felt unsupported and left alone to cope. The program and every single staff member along with the women in my groups saved my very broken life!!! I am eternally grateful and beyond blessed to have had the privilege to meet and learn so much from about healing. Worst IOP I’ve ever been at and I’ve been struggling with mental health since 2010-ish. Doctors and everyone is great — but therapy is trash. Don’t waste your time.
got super good care and incredible tools to cope with situations, the medication management was top notch and so was the talk therapy and the group environment 10/10
