El lugar es agradable y limpio el personal es atento y amable Pero en temas de administración tienen mucha deficiencias Los gates de la entrada principal nunca están en funcionamiento no hay seguridad y cualquier extraño puede entrar al complejo hacer un daño y la administración no se hará responsable. La verdad Fernanda se portó súper mal, muy grosera, al igual me pidió mi teléfono para ella misma dejarse un review bueno.. el aire acondicionado no sirve desde que me mudé a esos apartamentos, tenemos días llamando para que lo solucionen y nunca contestan el teléfono mi recámara tiene gotera y cuando llueve se humedece lo reporte y solo fueron a sacarle una foto y nunca lo arreglaron
How do you work in an office as a leasing agent and don’t even possess the knowledge to know what’s taking place in the complex. I went to inquire about the water being off since yesterday 5/4, and the lady (I believe Fernanda) said “what repairs”? Which first mistake, they posted on their leasing office door “repairs from 5/4 10am-1pm” yet its 5/5 3:12pm and the water is still off.
