I don't usually write reviews, but I feel it's important to share this experience with my fellow sisters. After a recent breast cancer diagnosis following a mammogram and ultrasound, I was referred to this office for further consultation. I am very disappointed with my recent experience at the Breast Health Center. The receptionist was incredibly rude, creating a distressing atmosphere that was difficult for patients to endure. Breast cancer patients are already under significant emotional strain, and no one should feel rushed, disrespected, or as though they are a burden when visiting a health center. I have been using this facility for years. It is further for me to travel for this type of appointment, but this uncomfortable process was made more comfortable at this facility in the past, and it's usually been in and out right away. It appears they can't get their act together lately. Had an appointment scheduled in November 2023, brought my script with me and arrived 10 minutes early hoping to get in and out. This place is wonderful. They moved quickly to get me an appt and scheduled my biopsy within a week, and all during a holiday. They took care of 3 appts (consultation, ultrasound, biospy) within a timeframe that other hospitals wanted me to wait just for a consultation. They were very professional and kind. I highly recommend.
