I recently visited Dr. Cohn's office, and while Dr. Cohn is excellent and provides top-notch care, the staff is a significant issue. On multiple occasions, I've arrived for an appointment only to find out that the staff never actually scheduled it, despite confirming it beforehand. I even provided evidence, and they reviewed phone calls confirming that I had scheduled, but when I showed up, there was no appointment.
