I absolutely love living here! Both Justin and Amanda are so kind, helpful and quick to answer all questions or concerns. Stop by to chat with them when you can - great conversation awaits you! Maintenance is also very quick to respond to and take care of your needs. Communication from property management is consistent and informative, and the amenities are fantastic and well cared for. Highly recommend living here!
Amanda and Justin have done a great job of making this apartment community incredibly comfortable! They’re very communicative and super friendly that I’ll find myself stopping by the office just to chat with them in my free time. Russ, Alan, and Adriano on the maintenance team are also fantastic and are quick to respond to any maintenance requests my wife and I submit, usually getting to it within 1-2 days of us needing help. Princeton Green is an amazing place to live. I have lived here going on 21yrs and it has been the best decision I ever made. Maintenance is the best. Russ and Alan are hard workers and get the job done. The snow removal of keeping the walkways clear has been the best as we have 2 hard working men. Live here for 3 years and everyone is kind great and I love living at this location. Management is so nice so fast ! This is the only location in marlboro that has 3 pools and always during the summer 2 are always open! They have a gym which is a perfect add when so many other locations don’t even have that. Over all i absolutely love it here !
Highly recommended. Had lived here for two years. Office staffs were always friendly and helpful. The apartment itself might be old but is clean. I especially like the winter view near the farm road, while I could sitting in my small sofa and enjoy the warmth inside, a place where I could call home. Move out process was smooth and the charge was very reasonable.
