old and dusty. gym was gross, spider webs in the corners. pool dirty. appliances are old and sad. washing machines dirty and smelly. in general the place is not cleaned often enough. thin walls so you hear your neighbors. weird that the apartments are not standardized? some places have hardwood floors, some have carpet. some have oldddd appliances and some have newish. prices don’t reflect this properly. if you must move here make sure you actually view the apartment you’re moving into. i did not and i regret it. place is no... read more
Management and maintenance team both are awesome. I spent 2 years in this apartment, the apartment is old but they have maintained it. Recently they have also replaced the old sliding door and windows in many units.
The leasing agents were excellent, very courteous, available and knowledgeable. Each step in the process was seamless. The apartment is perfect for my needs..
