Dr. Reynolds is an exceptionally skilled eye surgeon. I had upper eyelid blepharoplasty with him just a week ago. Being naturally anxious, I had many questions, all of which Dr. Reynolds patiently answered. He carefully explained each step of the procedure and prepared me for when I might feel any discomfort. Dr Liu did an excellent job with my cateract surgery in both eyes. In addition to his great skill as a surgeon, he answered all questions and didn't push me into the more expensive lens. I saw Dr Murr the day after each eye was operated on and I liked his manner. I just had my eye exam 10 months after surgery and all is perfect. The staff has aways been friendly. I have been going to the eye group for 25 years.
just called to make an appoint and the receptionist was obnoxious and sarcastic thus I will not be a patent of this practice
Dr. Berger is by far the best anyone could ever ask for. She puts her heart and her soul into her practice, and she REALLY, I mean TRULY knows her craft inside and out. I called at 8/2012 for my son's annual check up and got apt at 11/6/2012, and the front desk took my insurance card & asked for $30 copay, Got a bill in 1/07/2013 said I have to pay the whole amount $152, and the rude billing clerk Karen said they didn't take my insurance. NOBODY TOLD ME AT THE FIRST PLACE!!! BEWARE!!!
