I saw Dr. Lee there for 2 visits for chronic dry eye. He was unable to help me. I found a successful treatment elsewhere
Very unplacent place, the very first thing a African American looking lady toll me at the desk was "I don't speak spanish"
Dr. John Epstein performed cataract surgery on both eyes and I could not be more pleased. Dr. Epstein is very professional, knowledgeable, caring and patient. This practice seems to know what they're doing, but there is some to be desired in logistics and bedside manner. Appointments are almost always at least 15 minutes later than scheduled, and, especially when busy, patients aren't always given the most friendly treatment. Would like to rate 3.5 stars but I'm unable. EDIT - Down to 2 stars. Communication in this office is not very good. Front desk will say one thing, contact lens department will say another, doctor will say another. The people are at least okay to deal with.
