Would just like to say my husband had a appointment with Dr Keel, when she walked in the room she was like a ray of sunshine such a nice personality so friendly and sweet. She explained to my husband what was wrong with him in terms we can understand. My son sees Dr Keel as well. We will definitely recommend Dr Keel to friends and family. Thank you Dr Keel
Jessica Keen was great in finding a thyroid tumor but the next step was strange. I was scheduled then to meet with the doctor who I assumed would be able to do the surgery. But was not told until after I was already checked in, by the doctor himself, that he no longer does thyroid surgery. Nor does any one else in the practice. So instead of telling me to go to a doctor who could help me earlier soonest, I have now wasted weeks on what is potentially a cancer diagnosis (won't know until it comes out). My three-year-old son was seen here for ear tubes. The doctor advised us to call if he showed signs of an ear infection so that drops could be prescribed. I called and spoke to an extremely rude receptionist who was dismissive and offered no alternative but to schedule my son’s sick visit appointment for seven days later. I explained that my son was uncomfortable and in pain. I definitely won’t recommend this place to anyone.
