When I was four years old, I suffered an accident that damaged the structure of my nose. As I got older, nothing grew in the right place, inside or out. The first surgery done by Dr. Rakesh Patel and his team dealt with the passages inside my head, straightening out my septum and removing tissue so I no longer had a maze of passageways for air to attempt to get through. Two years later, they worked on everything forward of the plane of my face, as the cartilage in my nose looked like it was hit with a hammer. They added stru... read more

I went to this office to follow up on an issue that showed up on a CT scan for my ears. I wasn't complaining of a sinus condition but the doctor performed an endoscopy without asking if I wanted it and I just got billed for a large copay. I didn't have any sinus pain so I'm upset about getting this bill and having a service performed that I don't think I needed.

The surgery was very smooth at their Hamilto... read more

The doctors at this practice are outstanding. However, the front desk staff leaves much to be desired. They come off as rude, indifferent, and unresponsive. Despite repeated attempts to get in touch, my phone calls go unanswered. Adding to the frustration, they insisted on collecting an advanced payment before my appointment. Weeks later, my insurance was billed for an amount significantly less than what I paid. I've now spent over two months trying to get a refund for the overpayment, leaving multiple messages for both the ... read more

This place doesn't care about your health, only about money. Rude receptionists don't help--they may only be working there, but they don't have to participate in the inhumane perspective. Go somewhere else.
