Went for the ear wax removal. Already applied debrox before the visit so visit was just sucking the wax out. practitioner spent less than 5 minutes to get wax out. she also inspected other ear. Total they charged to insurance was 758. insurance and my copay total around 200. remaining is contractual write off from insurance. after all this, they send me a bill of $22. pathetic and greedy. I had an appointment today with Allison, who is an exceptional physician assistant. I can’t praise her high enough for the thorough care, thoughtfulness, knowledge and the way she really listened to what I was saying. I was greeted by Chrissy, who was amazing from the start, so professional and friendly and Ashley my nurse was also amazing, outgoing and I felt like everyone really heard me. I was treated exceptionally well and I can’t recommend these three women high enough. Thank you for all you did for me already!
