This is our third time staying with Princeton Suites. We are in The Pearl currently in Edmonton. It's the most secure building we have ever been in and we travel alot for work. People in here are lovely and the concierge staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. It truly is a beautiful condo building and the condo we are in is very modern and clean. Always an easy check in and check out process.
As an owner who rented his unit through Princeton, was very disappointed in the service/communication. Payments were not made on time and required continued follow up in order for them to eventually make the payment, and at the end of the contract there has been no response on multiple requests for the final payment.
This company is a fraud! We booked 10152 104 street for 14 days though AirBnB and paid full 1 month in advance, one night before arrival the host messaged us, we responded with our ETA, never heard back from them ever again!!! No check-in instructions whatsoever. When I arrived too the property I saw a sign saying this building does not allow AirBnB stay, call your host and ask for refund!! Stay away from this company as they are fraud: Update 1: They replied to my review saying they never advertise on Airbnb, that's simply a big lie, check the screenshots I add here that shows my booking and payment and cancellation (due to the host not providing the checking instructions leaving us on the street for hours) and the full refund.
