If youre here in the winter there arent any amenities like they claim, no pool and the "gym" is only a couple treadmills and a few dumbbells. Onsite laundry is always in use, and they give to much leniency to tenant complaints (regardless of the truth to the complaint). You cant make any noise in your apartment or someone will immediately complain because the floors and ceilings are incredibly thin. 3 complaints and they issue an eviction notice (100% serious).
