These are comfortable apartments in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Easy access to parks, grocery stores, downtown Salem, and the whole North Shore. Management and maintenance are always incredibly responsive and proactive, doing everything within their power to ensure tenant satisfaction. Everything is well maintained and cleaned on a regular basis. Plenty of parking for tenants and visitors is also a huge plus. I highly recommend Princeton Crossing Salem.
The staff are wonderful and the service is excellent, but after you leave the apartment, they take your entire deposit because the carpets are dirty. I don't understand why the carpets are included in the deposit, as they are an everyday item. My advice to the management is to replace the carpets with flooring, so that there's no justification for taking a deposit. Additionally, my car had damage to the sides of the doors due to the narrow parking lanes.
The entire move in process was great. Excellent customer service, apartment was very clean. Maintenance is always on time. Location is great for everyday commute, quiet and clean environment. My entire stay at Princeton crossing was beautiful. I have and will always recommend them.
I had no choice but to give the management a five star. Fantastic transition for us, smooth process and of course the most accessible office front desk ever. We love it, and if any one wants a place to live, I will recommend this place in a heart beat. Thank you, Princeton Crossing for such an outstanding client services.
My ,Husband & I,(who,has since passed,lived there for 8 yrs. I absolutely love it there, & was very upset when, had to relocate. I , would love to get back there,with my fur ball. I'm very appreciative of all they did for us,even tho',stuff happened,beyond our control.
