The entire move in process was great. Excellent customer service, apartment was very clean. Maintenance is always on time. Location is great for everyday commute, quiet and clean environment. My entire stay at Princeton crossing was beautiful. I have and will always recommend them.

I had no choice but to give the management a five star. Fantastic transition for us, smooth process and of course the most accessible office front desk ever. We love it, and if any one wants a place to live, I will recommend this place in a heart beat. Thank you, Princeton Crossing for such an outstanding client services.

Lived here a year in building 11. Unfortunately we discovered roaches 1 day after moving in to which the leasing office promptly had exterminator come out so that was a plus. Units were pretty fairly priced but the neighbors do steal mail/food since there are NO cameras in each building. The leasing office said it would be “too cost effective”. Overall not too bad BUT you get what you pay for.

I have been a resident for 21 years! I love my apartment. The neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. If I need anything fixed, the maintenance staff have it fixed within the day; the grounds are very well kept, landscaped. One thing that I wish was on the property are some benches to sit on and read a book, etc. I don’t always feel like getting in my car to go someplace, if there were areas here I could sit and enjoy the fresh air, that would be nice!

The staff member Beth was also very nice during touring and was helpful in answering questions. When applying with the roommate, the email system to invite someone to the housing application was not working. We were called early in the morning the following day by a very rude receptionist, I think ... read more
