If there was a zero option I would have selected it. Had my 2 year service at a 9 am appointment, was told it will be ready later in the day. I had arranged a ride to drop me off, no call all day. The car was worked on the next day, had to rearrange for another ride. During my call to service the car i asked them for tire rotation and a car wash. Very poor communication by service agent. Recurrent issue at this service site. Sequence of events documented should escalation be needed. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Car had to be returned 3 times and counting. A simple service , tire change and sensor change became an utter waste of time with the car still pulling itself off the path being steered making driving the vehicle a major safety issue- despite the service department claiming the car issue has been rectified and is now driving 'as designed'- a total ... read more
I’ve been a loyal Audi owner for years and have serviced my previous Audi Q7 at Audi Princeton without issue — but today’s experience with their service department was beyond disappointing. I scheduled an appointment for my new Audi and specifically requested a loaner vehicle. When I arrived, I was told no loaners were available. Absolutely unacceptable place to get your car serviced. My service advisor never sent me an update unless I bugged them constantly, never knew when my car was going in the shop, never knew the status unless I called and called. My advisor George does not communicate. I don’t know how the mechanics are but not only did my car go into the shop and come out with more miles than expected (I know they take it on drives to make sure everything works), but each time they purposely disconnect my dash cam.
