This complex is ridiculous to say the least. Leasing office girl rude for no reason, and they only give out two passes for your vehicles. Even if you park on the side street your vehicle gets towed and when you call to find out where your car is, no one’s knows. Disgusting how they treat their tenants.
Very poor service for management. I have terminated my lease. At the end of lease, My apartment was rented for very short time around 2 months and hardly used. I have provided my apartment very clean and also provided photographs to the office during key handover. During close out statement they deducted 500$ for cleaning charge, $125 for supply charge and carpet cleaning charge $ 160. (Posting for my mother in law.) Ive been calling for over a year about a few things in my appartment that needed to be fixed, ignored or pushed back endlessly. Finally a young man named Jean came by and fixed them all in a day! He did an amazing job and i would recommend asking for him personally as he is just a joy to be around. Give that man a raise! Jk, but not really. Thanks!
if you have a family of four, please find another complex. only assigning 2 passes is ridiculous, on top of the fact that you have to park 5-10 minutes away in order to get home when there is so many spaces available.you ask for where to park, receptionist says "i don't know". it's honestly exhausting what my family has to go through, not even including maintenance issues. do not recommend
