I have lived here for almost 25 years, original home owner. It's very quiet and peaceful at night. People keep to themselves but once in awhile we will get renters that are noisy or argumentative, but that doesn't last too long as those types usually move on. Owners unable to sell have rented, and there is a change in the culture due to that. People do not place their trash inside the dumpster. Less pride of ownership.
