EDIT: Been a loyal customer to this place for 2yrs and never felt like they cared enough. Its never easy to get an appointment because they are understaffed & overbooked. The final call to quit came, when I went for my appointment that I made days ago, even confimed the day of (hours) before going. When I got there I was told that I didn't have an appointment?! Very disappointed. After 2 years, rude treatment and extremely low customer service occurred. I had an appointment and they told me to come back an hour later. I explained I had another appointment and couldn’t. They became very rude and refused to work things through . They take walk ins even when you have appointment. Owners do not seem happy. I tried to find the nearest nail salon and the first time I came here it was very impressive the place was clean and what was impressive was that they had very good hygiene and Tony who did my nails was very nice and friendly!
