Exelente servicio en general.
Scheduled for 10:00 am appointment, waited 30 minutes. She didn’t show up or pick up my phone calls. I understand things happen but my daughter is months old and I wanted my first postpartum haircut to feel better. It’s now 12 pm and she still did not reach out. Update: she read my message at 11:50 AM and still no apology—no reschedule or even try to show remorse.
She gave me a haircut and gave me a price then ended up styling it without telling me she would charge more.
