A very big thank you to all the staff at the practice. Especially James and Olivia who were very friendly and extremely professional when I had an extraction today.
0 star rating, the MANAGER was extremely rude not letting me explain that I had fallen I'll durning the night prior to my appointment. I don't know how it is physically possible to have given 24 hours notice to cancel my appointment, given how I feel ill during the early hours of the morning of my appointment. The option on the phone stated in an automated voice message that this option to cancel appointment was to leave a voicemail. Been with them for a year now as my previous dentist closed, very happy with them. Very professional and friendly
My mam had an appointment with James yesterday, unfortunately she fell ill during the appointment. James and the rest of the staff went out of their way to look after her, their care and compassion was amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them. James was truly outstanding - he was so comforting with her- taking Mam’s pulse, temperature, giving her oxygen etc. he called the paramedics for her & stayed with her while they examined her.
