The staff are very polite and understanding. Although the desk itself could be a little smaller I feel that it's too high and can barely hear the staff when speaking with them but they are fantastic about the whole situation. There is a very minimal wait time to see the doctor and the doctor I choose to see is very compassionate, honest, reliable, trustworthy and empathic. As always, a very helpful receptionist and very thorough skin check, where a possible problem was detected. An appointment for a follow-up biopsy was made which could potentially save my life. Thank you to all involved!!
