No Quality Controls in place: Dr Vishnupriya Bashyam angrily berated me because I didn't see her while having external specialist treatment. It was very unpleasant for me, and unprofessional. The clinic responded to my written concerns with NO apology. The email was also sent to Dr Vishnu who didnt even bother to respond. So... how does this clinic respond to issues? They do nothing. Nothing at all.
