Absolutely brilliant. Its pretty much brand new. The staff are amazing, state of the art MRI scanners etc. It looks and smells clean. I really hope they make it a "proper" hospital again, it would help Addenbrookes a great deal!
Went to minor injury clinic. Very rude unsympathetic nurse. Very abrupt. Wouldn't let me talk. Told me soon as went into the room keep it short i am very busy lots of people to see. Only few people waiting in waiting room. Wouldn't offer xray. Didn't even examine me. Told me to go to gp. I thought medical staff are supposed to be kind caring sympathetic not be rude uncaring and tell patients to keep it short as busy when not even that busy. Reception is only for minor injuries. For other appointments nobody knows whose there, where they are or what they are doing so you could be waiting a long time if they don't turn up or leave early. And no way to contact them.
Will change if things improve, can’t even contact them. Have TRIED to call countless times to get the “Caller busy” every single time.
