Reception is only for minor injuries. For other appointments nobody knows whose there, where they are or what they are doing so you could be waiting a long time if they don't turn up or leave early. And no way to contact them.
Will change if things improve, can’t even contact them. Have TRIED to call countless times to get the “Caller busy” every single time.
It is 2025 and they haven't mastered the telephone. No voicemail facilities, no callback service, just constantly engaged.
We need more places like this it covers most of the Cambridgeshire area. And it takes a lot of pressure off the A&E.
My husband went there for his hernia surgery today. The staff were efficient and helpful, so caring. Big thank you for looking after him.
