I went to this salon to wax my eyebrows on 10 sutter ave the employee that performed the service on me burnt me on my upper eyelid area and totally ignored me afterwards i tried reaching out to the owner and she is avoiding my calls, i should have known something was wrong when she double dipped the waxing stick which is very unsanitary….
