My experience at Princess Nails has been most satisfying. I have found the staff to be experienced - always polite, welcoming, and pleasant. I have enjoyed their Manicure and Pedicure service for a little over two years on a regular basis. Their Manicure and Pedicure include an invigorating massage, and each time I leave feeling incredibly relaxed, and looking forward to my next visit. I’m honestly shocked that a nail salon would employ someone who isn’t even qualified to perform a service that was asked for. It’s clear they lack proper training and knowledge of essential nail care practices. I will not be returning, and I highly recommend finding a salon that actually knows how to perform the services you the customer ask for.
I’ve been a loyal customer at Princess Nails for 5 years, and it’s all thanks to the incredible service provided by Annie and Tran. Their expertise in manicures, pedicures, facials, and eyebrow waxing is simply unmatched. Every visit feels like a treat; they always greet me with a warm and welcoming smile, making me feel right at home. The level of care and attention they put into their work is exceptional, and I always leave feeling pampered and refreshed. I can’t recommend them enough! Thank You!!!!! OJ
