Prices can be higher than advertised. But they are always busy so that’s a good sign.
They are not nice people at all, the minute they asses your needs they start talking about you in vietnamese with their coworkers. I was told a fill in was $55 and reluctantly I decided to leave $5 and my card was charged $63. Just weird and pathetic. black women.. put your money into businesses that don’t go out of their way to ridicule you. we deserve better.
They have ROACHES! That crawl around as you’re getting serviced. Lack of communication. The lady sawed off my nail polish ASSUMING it was gel (on my toes)! The lady pained over nail polish on my nails and attempted to SAW IT OFF when I brought it to her attention. I’m like “that’s nail polish don’t use a drill on my nails lady!!!!” Ugh Terrible Terrible TERRIBLE.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. It was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. The staff was unbelievably unprofessional, rude, and clearly didn’t care about the quality of their work. My nails looked so awful and rushed that I had them removed the very next day. Total waste of time and money. Go literally anywhere else!!!
They did an amazing job with my mani and pedicure !
