Very mediocre. I felt kinda mistreated, they are not the kindest. I wish I took the reviews into account before going. I'm not a nail girl, so I don't know a ton about it, but I had something in mind and it didn't fully live up to my expectation. They didn't remove my cuticles, when I asked them to get closer to my cuticles, they seemed upset. Plus, the place has a very strong smell, like way too strong. I had to wear a mask the whole time. I didn't have a good experience, didn't see the need to leave a tip.
My daughter has been going here for years and she really finds them to be great very friendly, lots of nail polish colors and designs and she would highly recommend it.
