Good afternoon if I could give zero stars, I would. Their hospitality is good. The service they provide is crap. I just went in for a color change for both my Hands and toes I was overcharged as well. It took one of the employees seven try’s to do my French tip. And Let me be clear it’s not out of me being difficult respectfully it’s simply because she was making my French tip too thick to the point the manager had to then fill in and do it for her. Quality matches their price. Nice and hard working employees. I go there often but if you are looking for a very high end experience this may not be the right place.

I would never book with this salon again. I booked for a 12:30pm.appt and when i got there, they told me i have to wait cause they are busy. i only book this appointment cause i can only do it for my lunchbreak.i waited for 15minutes and still haven't entertained. so bad. i had to go because my lunchbreak is going to be over.dont come in here if you dont want to wait so bad. they do not honor the appointment you booked with them. so disappointed.
