I wasn't a fan that the company said there was no wait and had me sit in a chair for 15 minutes. It was about two hours for a basic pedicure and gel manicure, which neither lasted 7 days. For context, I typically can get more than 30 days for a pedi and about 10 days for gel mani.

Today I went to the nail bar with my daughter and received a pedicure from Donna. While getting serviced and entertaining my 16 month old daughter we were looking at the colors in the nail book as it was propped up on the stand beside us. Another nail tech came into our area and removed both books without asking if we were finished using them. All the nail techs here are amazing and so sweet! If you come with a good attitude, you’ll have great service (just be a nice customer and remember nail techs are doing a service :). Always a great experience with getting acrylics/gel here. Hien/Hunter does my nails and I love them!!!

I’ve been coming here every two weeks pretty consistently since I moved to the area, and I usually have a decent experience, however, I scheduled an appointment online for 9am, but the nail tech reached out to me directly asking me to come in at 8:30am instead of 9am, today I showed up for the 8:30 appointment that I discussed with the nail tech personally via text, just to sit there for 40 minutes and he not show. i got purple cats eye and hunter did a great job! he did great with attention to detail and checking in on my thoughts throughout the process. will be coming back !
