Had a terrible experience in this store today. We visited Juneau as part of our cruise and loved the city bought lovely souvenirs and exquisite jewelry from the Red Lady. As we were walking down the street the owner of this store pulled me in and called my parents forcing free gifts on us. He led us to a man from India who started asking us where my parents are from and started forcing my mother to give her number to him and went on about telling us how he can give us a good price if we bought something. I had a great experience recently. However when I went to collect my ring, its was a lab grown diamond, it didn't have a GIA certificate. I was soooo. Worried. They had done an amazing job in 1 hr, resizing and setting stone. It rather spoilt things as I worried. However.. I'm home and had ring tested it is diamond and beautiful . Thanks guys should never have doubted you. Well done. Would recommend.
