I've been using PHS for over 10 yrs. Purchased hair that should have arrived with in 10 business days and it did not. I had to purchase other hair bc my appointment was already made for a sewin. I still tilt this day have NOT RECEIVED the hair. They refuse to refund my money and PayPal denied my claim bc they provided tracking info. It was not delivered and never signed for. I have received the worse service from the owner Jaeda. Her customer service and the way that she talks down to others is no way to run a business. Today was the final straw for me. A word of advice, spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere.
Been purchasing hair with this company for 8 years online. I purchase for myself and for my clients also. Quality is always impeccable. There are MANY frauds and fakes posing as this long time company but this one here is the real deal! I LOVE their hair and service!
How are they still in business? My hair was a matted, shedding, hot mess of a nightmare! I had 2 set of bundles and they both were garbage. I purchased this hair for over $700 and got to wear it for about a week. It was processed and dry. When I attempted to wash it, it became one huge matted dreadlock with no loose strands of hair!
