Bad experience. Very poor C/S. Took my 4 year old granddaughter yesterday for a wash, conditioning, and ponytails. Appt. was at 9 am. Her stylist never showed up nor would staff call her. Didn’t leave shop until 12;45 pm. End result was nice, but it was wasn’t worth the lack of care, concern, organization, and professionalism experienced. Today was my daughter's first time ever getting her hair done by someone other then me. And boy do I struggle. Dee did amazing!!! It was a little busy b/c of back to school, but I'm impressed by way they were working everyone in and getting us out. I did have an appointment and my daughter was started at her appointment time. We will be back!

It was my first time here and Mikaila and Alexus both did my two girls hair. Both of their hair was washed and blow dried, and they handled both of them with care. You do have to provide your own pack of hair, so make sure you ask the ladies which hair to get. I only needed one pack each for my two daughters hair. They did a fantastic job and I will be back more often. The shop was also clean, big and cute.

Lacks professionalism, manager (Tee) has a hard time managing clients with her running a hour behind appt times 2x in a row and forgets to do services she’s booked for and all she has to say for it is sorry and a blank look of uncertainty of how to fix the situation . Maybe it was a bad day for resha but she was ready to give up before she even got started but over all would not return. Poorly ran establishment with teenager as employees!!! BEWEAR !
