I love bringing my granddaughters here because it saves my back from trying to wash, blow dry and braid their hair. Bringing them consistently has allowed their hair to grow and they always look cute. I also appreciate that they never complain or get irritated or frustrated when the litte one (4 years old) starts to cry or whine. Their patience is worth the price.
I’ve been supporting this business for the past 6 months! They have some great braiders. They don’t have great communication amongst each other, one time I booked an appointment over the phone and when I arrived the braider wasn’t there and they basically had to call her into work just to braid my child hair. And today was just the last straw I called yesterday asking for a particular braider which I was informed that she would be in today after 12 and that I didn’t have to make an appt I could just come in as a walk in okay... read more
Wish I could give a 0 horrible customer service kept switching who was gone do my daughters hair waited hours then finally get her in the chair to do half and have her wait again while she finish somebody else hair will never return the owner needs a front desk assistant that has good communication and scheduling skills
First my daughter be so excited to come to the shop is what pissed me off the most. My daughter has been coming here since the grand opening of this place and of course black own businesses alway start off with one mission and somehow always forget the goal and how to remain professional. Our last two appointments have been awful and we will not be going back. Even the braider T who was once professional has an awful attitude.
