I love this place! The staff is very friendly! My two year old daughter Wynter loves her hair stylist Resha! Resha is very patient and friendly towards my daughter! She is a great braider and she pays attention to detail!
Deeply Disappointed After Years of Loyalty -- I’ve been bringing my daughter to this salon for over two years, spending thousands of dollars because we believed we were in good hands. Quality of work is generally good, however customer experience could use some improvement. NOISE I just wish they would ask the clients (kids) to turn their personal devices volume down or wear earbuds. Please choose one TV to be on (the kids getting serviced are often on personal devices) If they would ease up on the constant blaring tv/music from both TVs (maybe choose one) would make it a more comfortable experience for waiting/working parents. Horrible customer service! Go to a natural hairstylist for your daughter’s hair ! Someone who would pour love and patience into it. They literally hire ratchets off the street who doesn’t wash their hands after playing in other kids hair!
They are the best at what they do. My daughter has autism and is very tender-headed. Getting her hair done at the salon is not only something she looks forward to now, but the team work she sees in the experience makes her feel like a real princess. Thank you for making little black girls feel as special as they should!
