I use to love going to princess but the people inside has changed. It seems as if they just want your money without having the care for their customers. The front part of the head will be beautiful but the back will have loose braids and coming out within a few weeks but want to charge full price I no longer go there I hope they start loving their craft and not just the money

The one star is for the friendly people that worked there. Outside of that I’ll never return to this place again. Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had getting my hair braided and I’m so upset I wasted so much time and money only to be taking this style down the very next day

Yesterday I went and got crochet braids by neegho, I hope I'm spelling it right. She was fast, thorough and the price was right. I will be going back. Everyone in there was nice.

They were nasty they have bad attitude I told him I needed some tissue and my nose was running they will not let me even get up to get tissue so I sneeze I had to get a piece of bad to blow my nose and then that's when they gave me a tile paper they had no tissue in the bathroom. I grabbed me something to eat and I asked him where the guy which was and they told me to throw it outside when I leave I will never go back there again and I do not advise anyone else to go there they need to be shut down to they change their attit... read more
