I’m choosing to remain anonymous as the building management seems to put targets on people’s backs. This building is a perfect example of how not to run things. Ignored maintenance requests, a payment portal that is constantly not working, incompetent staff and a lack of general respect for tenants. The owner recently filed to have rent raised but nothing to ensure quality of life for tenants has been done.
