I bought a gold dress here for prom and the girl who sold the dress to me made it unclear when they ordered the dress for me. She said that I can only do exchanges no refunds but exchange for other dress is okay, if I don’t like this specific one. Beautiful Store and well organized. We did not have an appointment, but were allow to walk thru, looked at dress and try on. We did not feel stressed or pressured. The staff was cordial, the owner was helpful. PS. the store is small, do make appointment
