The worst experience. Zero communication between my dentist and them. I was told I went on for a lower left tooth and I had to explain exactly why I was there and then told I was incorrect. I’m quite certain I know why I was there. Zero accountability and staffing issues was the reason I was given as to why I was never contacted.
If I could I would rate -1, horrible experience, rude, and never see dr. Bill. Had a procedure couple weeks ago, my mouth and teeth are in pain. Dr. Bill was rude when I was voicing my opinion on the pain.
I'm not a big fan of dental appointments. Dr Sara and her staff wore wonderful and did everything they could to make it a comfortable experience, even working with me on a payment plan due to unforseen veterinary expenses on my end.
The staff at Princess Elizabeth Dental are amazing. I would recommend them to anyone needing dental work.
I went to this clinic for dental cleaning. Dr. Kaylyn and dental assistant Pam were great. Both were friendly & showed positives attitude. I’m not impressed by the dental hygienist Taira. I had the most painful dental cleaning ever. I was on Advil and Tylenol all day after the appt. It was the first time I had to take medication. The way she took the gum measurement was the most painful.
