We’ve had a Wonderful family vacation on this ship.
Unfortunately, I have to agree with what I am now reading on alot of these reviews (wish I had read them before hand). We have just returned from a 3 week Mediterranean Cruise, absolute trip of a lifetime on the Sun Princess and don't get me wrong, the trip itself was faultless and absolutely exceeded expectations, however....guest services and billing are a completely different story. On 4 seperate occasions while on our holiday, we had to waste time going down to level 4 guest services and get them to update the credit car... read more
