Unsafe Boarding Procedures and Lack of Assistance On embarkation, my mother-in-law (65+) was handling a stroller on the boarding platform, which had a steep slope and an unsafe gap. The stroller tipped completely upside down, and my mother-in-law fell to the ground. Disturbingly, the crew stood by without offering any assistance or even checking on her well-being. We absolutely loved our princess cruise to the Caribbean! Princess cays was our favorite and such a sight, We loved it. The best part is, it wasn’t crowded, the music wasn’t loud and wasn’t banging the ship at the seams like other cruise lines. There were many quiet areas to sit back and look at the beautiful blue ocean. Overall a super amazing experience!
The Princess Cruise Line ship Discovery. This was a 7-Day cruise Mexican Riviera out of LA. Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan, and Puerto Vallarta. Talk about five star treatment. From the minute we got on the ship and all through our cruise we had five star treatment. The food was fantastic and We had a mini suite on the port side on the dolphin deck 9 with M1 classification. If I could give them a Zero I would, as my pictures will show my room was never cleaned the way it should have been when we complained about the cleanliness the supervisor showed up at our door with the Steward and confronted my wife,in the hallway with people passing by. By the way the supervisor said he would come back and look at our room after it was dirty and never did....fail. Лайнер очень классный Персонал очень хороший Кормят очень вкусно Мне все понравилось но есть одно но У нас с карты сняли деньги за сервис какую что мы не использовали такую услугу заказы еду или напитки на каюту 🤷♂️ я обратился на ресепшен они сказали что это ошибка и вернем все деньги на вашу карту на днях через 5 дней обратился снова на почту ихний написали течение 15 рабочих дней будет и до сих пор нет уже прошло месяц 🤷♂️
