1-Star Review I recently sailed with Princess Cruises, and my experience was nothing short of frustrating due to their complete lack of accountability and poor customer service. During my trip, I attempted to store my valuables in my cabin safe, but it wasn’t working properly. We have been able to go on 3 cruises through Princess out of Galveston. All have been great! Food is the best quality compared to the other cruise lines we have gone through.
