Too many people stacked in one place, couldn't do it, you couldn't pay me to live in this place, nope,advice is sell,the view up there isn't worth the money or the hassle, elevators always tied up....eeeeer, sooooo much money wasted all packed into a giant place that one day is going to crash into the Ocean, good luck, never visiting again
1 elevator is out of service. If you rent from unit #902 (a 2br) you will be given 1 key for the beach, gym and bike storage access. Additional keys are $100 each. Otherwise it's a great complex!
David in the office is wonderful
I've lived here for 4 1/2 months. Unfortunately they're replacing the corrosion from salt in the wind and sand and rain so 6 days a week at 8:30AM to the minute. I can't sleep I'm on my days off and I work late. Otherwise beautiful views, can see all Cape Canaveral launches from the balcony and even see the boosters returning on occasion.
