I would not recommend buying or staying at this condominium. Unfortunately, our experience here has been extremely disappointing. The atmosphere does not feel welcoming to families, children, or people with pets. There always seems to be a complaint about something, even over normal everyday activities. There are also ongoing issues with the elevators, and some residents seem to spend an excessive amount of time watching what other people are doing and reporting or complaining about them. Too many people stacked in one place, couldn't do it, you couldn't pay me to live in this place, nope,advice is sell,the view up there isn't worth the money or the hassle, elevators always tied up....eeeeer, sooooo much money wasted all packed into a giant place that one day is going to crash into the Ocean, good luck, never visiting again

1 elevator is out of service. If you rent from unit #902 (a 2br) you will be given 1 key for the beach, gym and bike storage access. Additional keys are $100 each. Otherwise it's a great complex!
